Orders

All orders are reviewed by a licensed pharmacist before dispatch. We may contact you to verify prescription items.

Pricing & availability

Prices and stock are shown in good faith and confirmed at order review. If an item becomes unavailable we will contact you with alternatives or a refund.

Delivery

Delivery times are estimates. Temperature-sensitive items are packed to manufacturer standards.

Returns

Unopened non-prescription items can be returned within the stated window. Prescription medicines cannot be returned once dispensed, except in case of dispensing error.
